Yangjudoga Brewery creates unique sool that doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world. Its brewing is based on a love for our sool and a long-standing passion. At Yangjudoga Brewery, we don’t say, ‘We brew sool,’ we say, ‘We raise sool.’Just as parents raise a child, we put our utmost care and affection into making our sool healthy and excellent, and we aim to convey that loving heart directly to our consumers.Two sool enthusiasts who have worked together as employees for 10 years have reunited as representatives and factory managers to showcase new and unique sool from Yangjudogaga Brewery.

The raw materials used in Yangjudoga Brewery’s SOOL are thoroughly selected through quality control, and all products are made from natural fermentation without artificial sweeteners or chemical additives. In particular, the rice that becomes the main ingredient of makgeolli is stubbornly used only ‘Yangjugol rice’ representing Yangju.Using Yangju rice, which boasts the highest quality, to make makgeolli and manufacturing representative food in the region by coexisting with local farmers, we are producing various kinds of makgeolli with pride.
