Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders above HK$1,000.
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day. The estimated delivery period is 1–3 business days.
Standard Shipping Fees
- 1 kg to 5.99 kg: HK$52
- 6 kg to 10.99 kg: HK$64
- An additional HK$10 fee applies to selected remote areas.
Remote Areas
Selected remote areas may require an additional fee or may be excluded from free shipping eligibility. These areas include, but are not limited to:
- Sai Kung
- Clear Water Bay
- Shek O
- Stanley
- Discovery Bay
- Ma Wan
- Lantau Island South, including Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, and Pui O
- Outlying Islands, restricted districts, airport areas, and Disneyland
