聽到大家對馬格利酒嘅呼聲,文化院再度推出馬格利酒釀造班!
馬格利酒(막걸리)係韓國傳統酒嘅一種,使用大米發酵製成。酒精含量係6-8%之間,帶有少許甜味,通常配煎餅飲用。
工作坊會俾大家嘗試釀造馬格利酒一部分嘅步驟,之後帶返屋企同親朋好友分享!

We feel everybody’s enthusiasm towards Makgeolli! KCCHK is launching the makgeolli brewing class again!
Makgeolli (막걸리) is a Korean of traditional liquor made by fermentation of rice. Its alcohol by volume is around 6-8% with a slightly sweet taste, and is usually served with Korean style pancakes.
The workshop will allow you to try doing some of the steps of Makgeolli brewing. You can even bring it back home to share with your friends and family!

參加者需自備一個玻璃或不鏽鋼,容量不少於2升的寬口瓶,以便帶走所釀造的酒。
Participants are requested to bring their own jars (glass or stainless, capacity not less than 2L), to bring the brewed Makgeolli home.
