Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time: Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be dispatched for delivery on the same day.

2. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery period is 1-3 business days.

3. Standard Shipping Fees:

• For packages weighing between 1kg to 5.99 kg : 52 HKD
• For packages weighing between 6kg to 10.99 kg: 64 HKD
• An additional fee of 10 HKD applies to remote areas.

Excluding Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts.

4. Free Shipping: Orders totaling 1,000 HKD or more qualify for free standard shipping. However, remote areas are excluded from free shipping eligibility.

4-1. Free Shipping Remote Areas: Remote areas excluded from free shipping eligibility include:

• Outlying Islands
• Lantau Island (except Tung Chung and Discovery Bay)
• Ma Wan
• Sai Kung (except Clear Water Bay Peninsula)
• Disneyland
• Airport
• Tung Chung
• Discovery Bay
